StoneyBee Waxing Studio is committed to providing a professional atmosphere. The following Studio Policies are intended to enhance everyone’s experience with us.
We are located in Salons Of Dallas. If you are a new client please give yourself an extra 5-10 minutes to find the building. You can park in the front of the salon, the back of salon (located near garage) or in the garage 2nd level turn left park anywhere on left side. Walk down stairs, suite is located through glass doors to the left.
Please text us when you arrive and wait in your car or the lobby until we text you back. If we do not answer right away, we are with another client or sanitizing the room. Please do not knock on the door.
Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes in advance of waxing services. Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.
As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments via call, text, and/or email. You are invited to contact us, as well, prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions you may have.
We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the studio to ensure you have the appointment time that you most desire.
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, if you are more than 6 minutes late for your appointment time, we may be forced to reschedule your service.
We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list.
If something beyond our control (weather, esthetician sick day, etc.) requires us to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will give as much advance notice as soon as possible.
At our discretion, a credit card or gift card may be required in order for you to reserve your appointment.
NO CALL-NO SHOW:
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, without any notice, you are automatically marked as “No-call No-show”. Once you obtain 2 “No-call No-show” in the same calendar year, you will no longer be allowed to schedule services in that calendar year and you will only be able to receive services on a walk-in basis. Any “no-shows” will be charged 50% of the service booked.
PAYMENTS & GRATUITES:
We accept cash as well as all major debit or credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted and we do not give cash back on credit card charges.
Gratuity is not included in the service fees listed on our price list. Gratuity is accepted on credit cards as well as gratuity made in cash.
All services and pass sales are final.
If you should need to return a retail item, please note that you must present the receipt within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are issued as studio credit only.
Studio guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive services without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.
If you are currently using Accutane, Retinol or any lotions, creams or other medications that effect the skin, and/or if you have any allergies or recent scar tissue, please notify our studio prior to reserving your waxing services.
If you need to use the restroom, please do so before your appointment start time. If you use the restroom and it cuts into your appointment time past the 6 minutes, it will effect your service and the late policy applies.
Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your esthetician will remain confidential, as will any special conditions.
Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time with no refund.
We reserve the right to stop a service for any reason for misconduct behavior with no refund.
